President Tinubu Congratulates Uzodinma, Diri, Ododo on election victories

President Bola Tinubu extended his warm congratulations to Governor Hope Uzodinma of Imo State, Governor Douye Diri of Bayelsa State, and Governor-elect Usman Ododo of Kogi State for their resounding victories in the governorship elections held on November 11.

In an official statement issued by his spokesperson, Ajuri Ngelale, President Tinubu commended the people of Imo, Kogi, and Bayelsa for their active participation in the electoral process, emphasizing the significance of democratic institutions and the people’s role in shaping the nation’s political landscape.

President Tinubu noted that the election results reflect the desires of the people, underscoring that democracy thrives when voters reward competence, transparency, and good governance.
