Tears of joy as Imisi receives N150M prize package

Emotions ran high on Monday as Imisi Ayanwale, popularly known as Imisi, officially received her grand prize after winning Big Brother Naija Season 10.

The 26-year-old reality TV star, who captured the hearts of millions across Nigeria, emerged victorious at the BBNaija grand finale held Sunday night in Lagos, clinching 42.8% of the public votes.

Imisi walked away with a total prize package worth ₦150 million, including:

  • ₦80 million cash
  • A brand-new Innoson SUV

A range of other sponsored prizes.

The prize presentation ceremony turned emotional when Imisi’s mother, seated beside her in the car she had just won, delivered a heartfelt prayer that moved the star to tears.

” Continue to soar higher, no hands of evil shall prevent the goodness in your life, if truly you passed through my womb, Imisi, no evil plotter shall prevail over you and may all your well wishes experience happiness,” her mother prayed.

Imisi beat fellow finalists Dede (first runner-up) and Koyin (second runner-up) to claim the top spot, securing her place in the show’s history as the fourth female winner since BBNaija’s inception.

Her journey on the show was marked by a blend of authenticity, strategy, and emotional resonance with viewers across the continent.

As fans continue to celebrate her win, Imisi now joins the elite ranks of BBNaija alumni expected to launch major brand deals, media projects, and philanthropic initiatives.
