The draw for the group stage of the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON)was held in Abidjan, Cote d’Ivoire, and Nigeria’s Super Eagles have been placed in Group A alongside the hosts Cote d’Ivoire, Equatorial Guinea, and Guinea-Bissau.
The tournament is set to take place from January 13 to February 11, 2024, with 20 teams competing.

The top two teams from each group, as well as the four best-ranked third-placed teams, will advance to the knockout stage of the tournament.
